In the upper left-hand corner, in a rectangular "text box" it says "NL 36 SAVES" and the card is blank cardboard on the back (never have seen this before). The card is in near mint condition, with no evidence at all of damage, so it was apparently a misprint of some sort that got through the quality control inspection, such as it was at the time. Have you heard of this card before?
